Delivery and acceptance
Last updated 1 October 2026
We sell a service, not a parcel. This page explains how the work reaches you, when a milestone counts as delivered, and what you hold at the end.
How work is delivered
Everything is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped.
- A live preview link, updated at least once a week during the build.
- A code repository you can watch from the first commit.
- Design files, shared by link.
- For apps, test builds on your own phone through TestFlight or Google Play internal testing.
Timelines
Websites usually ship in 2 to 5 weeks and app MVPs in 8 to 14 weeks, counted from the first payment and the arrival of the content we need. Your proposal gives the dates for your project.
What we need from you
Content, logins and feedback when the plan says they are due. When something on your side runs late, the dates move by the same amount, and we tell you the new ones in writing.
Milestone approval
When a milestone is ready, we send a link and a short summary of what it covers. You have 5 working days to approve it or list changes against the agreed scope. If we hear nothing in that time, the milestone counts as approved.
Revisions
Each deliverable includes two rounds of revisions. More rounds, or changes beyond the agreed scope, are priced in writing before we make them.
Launch and handover
On final payment you receive full ownership and admin access to the code repository, the design files, and the accounts we set up for you, such as hosting, domain, analytics and app store listings, together with a short handover note on how it all fits together.
After launch
Bugs in work we shipped are fixed free for thirty days after go-live. After that, fixes and new features run on a monthly plan or per request, with no lock-in.
Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, Apple's $99 yearly developer fee, Google Play's $25 one-off fee, paid fonts and stock are listed in your proposal, together with who pays each one.
