Short version: we collect what you send us, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it. The longer version is below.

Who holds your data

What we collect

When you fill in the form we receive your name, your email address and the sentence you wrote about your project. When you talk to the assistant we receive the messages you type. When you book a call we receive the name, email and phone number you give Calendly, so we can ring you. Our host records ordinary server logs, including IP address and browser, for security and diagnostics.

We count visits with Plausible Analytics, which sets no cookies and stores no personal data: it records the page, the referring site, the country and the device type, in aggregate, and nothing that identifies you. We also count when the project form is sent, never what it says.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build a profile of you across other sites.

Why we have it

To answer you, to quote your project, and to keep a record of what was agreed. That is the whole list.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms, which passes them to our inbox. Assistant messages are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. Call bookings are handled by Calendly, which receives the name, email and phone number you enter when you book. Visit counts are processed by Plausible Analytics in the EU. The site is hosted by Hostinger. Each of these processes data under its own terms, and we keep the list short on purpose.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our inbox while they are live and for as long as we may need them for the project or our records. Assistant conversations are not stored by us beyond the reply. Ask us to delete your details and we will.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@sygaltech.com and we will action it.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store small preferences locally, and those never leave your device.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not intended for children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
